It is considered as the biggest wine region of the country and one of the biggest in Europe: 35 000 hectars of vineyards distributed in an area of approximately 7000 km2.
The natural and human factors of the geographic millieu it belongs to, as well as the peculiarities of its autochthonous grape varieties and the methods of the vineyard’s harvest, make of the Green Wine “unique in the World”.
