Downhill is a type of mountain biking that consists of descending, as quickly as possible, a certain mountain course with several irregularities and natural (very tight curves) or artificial (ramps) obstacles. This sport allows you to be in direct contact with nature and enjoy the maximum adrenaline that a vertiginous descent can provide. The downhill routes have a distance of approximately 4km and are carried out with mountain bikes that can reach 80km/h.
The downhill practicioners should get the bike that offers the best conditions for its safe practice, to ensure that the risks of their practice are as little as possible and that this radical sport is a success. In addition to this it is necessary that the downhill practitioner is in an excellent physical condition
